EXIT Agent, Constantina Sears, Helps EARRS Celebrate Its 10th Anniversary
March 9, 2009 - Choosing a career as a real estate agent can give you the freedom to create your own schedule. Our agents are involved with numerous projects - profit and non-profit. Agent, Constantina Sears, is Executive Director of the Cape Fear Eastern Area Radio Reading Service (EARRS), which reads newspapers to those who are visually impaired over a subcarrier-FM signal that requires a special radio. The radio reading service provides these radios to listeners without charge. EARRS operates on the money they receive from grants, fundraisers, and donations.

Snow Falls in Wilmington

EXIT Coastal Connection Realty Announces New PODS Program
Jan 16, 2009 - EXIT Coastal Connection Realty in Wilmington, NC, announced this month that it will be teaming up with PODS to provide a special incentive program for its clients. With EXIT Coastal Connection Realty’s representation, any move within the areas of Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Belville, Winnabow, Cape Fear, and Leland, North Carolina, is free. Once a client’s home is bought or sold, PODS will deliver one of its portable storage units to their current home and pick it up once it is filled. The homeowner will have up to 30 days to fill the PODS storage container and complete the moving process. This includes storing the PODS storage container on the property or within PODS’s secure hurricane grade and climate controlled storage center until the homeowner is ready to move in.
While competitive companies put daily or weekly use limits on their moving trucks or trailers, PODS allows homeowners to move at their own pace. Ben Felner from PODS Eastern NC explains:
